The Billing Analysis Tool is software provided by UPS to help analyze and allocate shipping expenses quickly and easily. 

With the Billing Analysis Tool, customers can import UPS Billing Data to create a wide variety of reports that can provide insight into UPS billing information.  The tool contains predefined reports, such as Cost Reports, Management Reports, and Freight Reports, to simplify the process of summarizing and subtotaling shipping expenses by your company's cost codes.
